Gaza is under siege. And Allianz, Germany’s biggest financial services company, is actively complicit. While Palestinians are being killed, displaced, starved, and erased, Allianz is underwriting, insuring, and investing in the weapons, machinery and tech that make genocide possible.
ALLIANZ INVESTS $469 MILLION IN PRIVATE WEAPONS MANUFACTURERS
Allianz is the only financial services provider that invests in all 15 arms manufacturers that have been exposed to supply weapons to the Israeli Occupation and Apartheid State: Elbit Systems, Rheinmetall, Leonardo, Airbus, BAE Systems, General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin and more. Allianz nearly doubled this investment across 2024, during the Gaza genocide.
ALLIANZ PROVIDES THE INSURANCE ELBIT SYSTEMS NEEDS TO OPERATE
Elbit Systems, Israel’s largest private weapons producer, supplies over 80% of the drones used to bomb Gaza. Allianz provides Elbit’s Employer’s Liability Insurance in the UK and invested $562k in Elbit shares.
ALLIANZ FINANCES THE GAZA GENOCIDE BY BUYING ISRAELI „WAR BONDS“
Pimco, Allianz’s subsidiary in the U.S., bought $960 million of Israeli war bonds. These are bonds that Israel issued since October 7th 2023 in order to finance its ballooning military budget.
We demand: Allianz, Drop Elbit!
On November 1st, Allianz will renew its insurance contracts with Elbit Systems. We cannot allow this to happen.
